Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to stop using PEDs to book an appointment?

No. We provide non-judgemental, confidential support whether you’re currently using, planning to stop, or unsure. Our role is to support your health regardless of your decision.

Will you help me manage side effects?

Yes. We can help identify, monitor, and treat side effects where medically appropriate — including hormonal imbalance, cardiovascular risk, and other organ-related concerns.

Can you order blood tests or scans?

Yes. We offer comprehensive pathology referrals (including hormone panels, CBC, LFTs, renal function, lipids) and arrange referrals for cardiac and other relevant imaging.

Will you prescribe anything to support my cycle or recovery?

We do not prescribe substances to support or enhance PED use. However, we may provide medical support for:

  • Fertility management.

  • HPTA Recovery following cessation of AAS (where clinically justified).

  • Management of resulting endocrine or metabolic disturbances.

  • End organ damage monitoring and prevention.

All prescribing decisions are based on clinical indications and current regulatory guidelines.

Is this covered by Medicare?

Consultations are privately billed. Pathology and imaging may attract out-of-pocket fees depending on the test, indication, and provider.
