Appointments are available based on the type of service required.

New Patients

• Book ‘Initial Appointment’ for the service you are booking in to discuss.

• In-Person appointments will be cease to be available in Brookwater from 11th March 2026.. Increasing availability and accessibility through the new Taringa location from the 9th of March 2026.

Existing Patients

• Following your initial appointment some services require an essential follow-up appointment. If you have been advised to book for this please select the ‘Follow-up’ consultation options.

• If seeking review following completion of Treatment Plan please book ‘Standard Review’ for the service you are wanting to discuss.

• To request repeat scripts and check-in with your doctor between reviews please select ‘Repeat Prescription Check-in’.

ADHD Consults

• For New Patients: Book an ‘Initial appointment’ for Initial ADHD Assessment or to have your established diagnosed confirmed/care taken over by Dr Maxwell

• Following Initial Assessment book 1-2 weeks after required investigations for a ‘Follow-up Appointment’ (may not be required if care being handed over by Paediatrician/Psychiatrist).

• A 6-month review is required under ADHD Treatment Plan. Between these reviews to follow-up dose adjustments and address emerging issues book an ‘ADHD Medication Review/Check-in’.
